This is the bedroom of Abraham Lincoln's wife Mary which is on the second floor of the home. The very busy patterns in the rug and wallpaper are accurate reproductions of what was in the home which were popular styles of the time.
This is the the Lincoln home as night falls. The home and a few blocks around it are now part of a US National Park and have been restored to resemble the area in 1860.
